February 2025 Member Event

Our guest speaker this month will be Andrew Gray, the Comprehensive Planner representing the Town of Hampstead, Town of Manchester and Election Districts 6 and 8, from the Carroll County Bureau of Comprehensive Planning. He is going to talk about Project 2035, the master growth plan for the County and how it affects the North Carroll area. If you are interested in the region, you owe it to yourself to attend this meeting.
