NCBA March 2023 Member Meeting

Richard Wagner will be the Member Speaker
Jack Haden will be our Guest Speaker. Jack has been in the waste management business for many years. He lives in Western Carroll County and has been a concerned citizen in regard to solar farms popping up throughout the county. The county is considering a 6-month moratorium on solar farms, and Jack will be updating us on the effects of solar farms in Carroll County to agriculture.
